PS3 HDMI question?

I recently purchased a 32″ HDTV, but I don’t have HDMI cables. (Ordered some off Amazon today). But I noticed that when I’m playing games, there is sometimes a very noticeable motion blur, like the signal is being sent too slowly to properly display. Would HDMI cables resolve this? And my PS3 is currently connected to my tv via the composite cables (Red, yellow, and white cables) All answers are appreciated. Also, is there really that big of a difference with HDMI? And I assume playing at 480i on an HDTV using composite cables will look bad no matter what?

  1. Composite is a very low quality compared to HD, so yes, that’s the problem and it is a HUGE difference.
